We do not send a separate confirmation when your return arrives.

As soon as your return has been processed, you will automatically receive a notification via email.
Processing usually takes 3–5 business days, but may take up to 14 days after we receive the returned items.

Please understand:
During major sales or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

We recommend keeping your return shipping receipt in a safe place – ideally until your refund has been completed.
