What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email?Updated 3 months ago

If you haven't received a confirmation email, please first check your spam or promotions folder. Normally, you should receive a confirmation within an hour after completing your order.

If you have a customer account, you can also view your order there.

If you don’t see a confirmation there either, it’s possible that the order wasn’t successfully completed or that there was a typo in your email address.

In that case, please contact our customer service team with your name and any additional order details you may have. We’ll check right away to see if your order was successfully received.
