If you received a damaged item, please send us a photo that clearly shows both the entire product and the defect.
If you were sent the wrong item, please send us a picture of your entire received order so we can understand what went wrong.
If something is missing from your delivery, please contact us via email as well – ideally with a short note about what’s missing and your order number.
