You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs yourself.

You’re free to choose whichever shipping provider works best for you (e.g. DHL, Hermes, DPD, etc.) – just go with what’s most convenient.

To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend insuring the package appropriately and keeping the shipping receipt until your return or exchange has been fully processed. That way, you’re on the safe side in case something gets lost in transit.

If you’re requesting an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item to you – so you won’t have to pay any additional shipping fees.
