Why did I receive a payment reminder?Updated 3 months ago

Please note: If you selected purchase on account as your payment method, the payment must be made directly to Klarna.

If you have received a reminder from Klarna despite already having made the payment, please first check whether you transferred the amount to the correct Klarna account.

If you notice any discrepancies or are unsure, please send us a message as soon as possible – ideally including a proof of payment.
