Your order or certain items from it may have been cancelled for a variety of reasons:
- Item not available: In rare cases, a product may still appear as available at the time of your order but go out of stock shortly afterward.
- Payment issues: If a payment was unsuccessful or declined by your payment provider, the order may be cancelled automatically.
- Incomplete or incorrect address details: If the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect and we do not receive a response, the order may be cancelled.
- Duplicate order: If our system detects an accidental duplicate order, one of them may be cancelled.
- Manual cancellation: If you actively requested it, we have cancelled your order or specific items for you.
