Why was my order/item cancelled?Updated 3 months ago
Your order or certain items within it may have been cancelled for a variety of reasons:
- Item no longer available: In rare cases, a product may still appear as available at the time of your order but become out of stock shortly after.
- Payment issues: If a payment was unsuccessful or declined by your payment provider, the order may be cancelled automatically.
- Missing or incomplete shipping address: If the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect and we don’t receive a response from you, the order may be cancelled.
- Duplicate order: If our system detects a duplicate order placed by mistake, one of them may be cancelled.
- Manual cancellation: If you requested a cancellation, we may have cancelled your order or individual items for you.
